Radian offers a 14-day return policy on most items, providing that the merchandise is returned unopened, in its original packaging. For all returns, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Request must be submitted to us no later than 14 days from the order ship date. Once the return request is received by our Customer Service Department, it will be reviewed within 2 business days. Upon approval, Radian will send you an email with your assigned RMA number and return instructions. All returns must be accompanied by an RMA number in order to be processed and are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Pre-packaged items ordered in packs of five must be returned in their full package quantity. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
