Return Policy
Terms and Conditions: Products purchased through the Radian Store are covered by a 14-day return period, unless otherwise noted. All returns covered under our 14-day return period are subject to the following:
- - A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number issued by Radian Heatsinks must accompany all returns.
- An RMA request must be submitted within 14 days from the date the merchandise was shipped.
- A 20% re-stocking fee is applied to all returns.
- All items eligible for return must be unopened, in the original packaging.
- Pre-packaged items ordered in packs of five must be returned in their full package quantity.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Radian will credit the same payment method that was used to place the original order.
- All return requests should be submitted through our Online RMA Request Form.
