  • Although many of our products come with pre-applied interface materials, the selection of the materials themselves is left to the discretion of our customers

Important: T725 Storage and Handling

* T725 thermal pads are installed on the heatsinks in the package.
* The storage and handling guidelines need to be followed.
* Radian can not be responsible for problems caused by improper storage and handling.

=============================================================================================================================

* Do not expose the thermal pads to temperature above 35C.
* Before assembling, remove the top protective liner with a firm, quick, upward “snap” from the pad on the heat sink. Do not peel the pad slowly.
* Small air bubbles and irregularities on the pads do not adversely affect the function of T725. The reflow and wetting of T725 will occur at temperatures above 58C to achieve optimal thermal performance. This process can take a few thermal cycles.
