Radian's Push Pin Heatsinks provide optimum cooling. We have two different options for our Push Pin Heatsinks.

The 37.5004 Series of aluminum or copper round pin BGA heatsinks are high efficiency cooling products which are ideal for omni-directional air flow. Photo above is of our 37.5004 Series.

Our Push Pin Series are unique straight pin extrusion designs provide large fin surface areas and enable omnidirectional airflow for optimum heat transfer. Their low-profile configuration makes them ATCA-compatible and ideally suited for high density environments.
